UK ski holiday provider Ski Yodl has entered voluntary liquidation, leading to the cancellation of all package holidays booked through the company. Customers affected have been advised to contact the relevant organisations depending on how they paid.
Ski Holiday Specialist Announces Closure
Ski Yodl Ltd, a travel company based in Norwich, has begun the process of closing after entering voluntary liquidation. Founded in March 2018, the company specialised in ski holiday packages, including trips to destinations such as the French Alps. The business described itself as a group of ski industry professionals focused on creating a customer-focused booking experience.
According to The Gazette, shareholders approved a voluntary winding-up order on 22 July. Richard Cacho from RCM Advisory Limited has been appointed as liquidator to oversee the process. Following the liquidation, all package holidays booked through Ski Yodl have been cancelled.

Customers Advised To Check Their Payment Protection
The travel association ABTA said it did not believe there were any active package holiday bookings at the time of the company’s liquidation. However, customers who believe they may still be affected have been advised to contact ABTA with details of their booking by emailing [email protected].
The organisation has also highlighted that some customers may have booked accommodation-only arrangements through Ski Yodl. These bookings do not fall under ABTA protection. Customers with accommodation-only bookings will need to follow different procedures depending on their payment method.
Refund Options Depend On How Customers Paid
ABTA has advised customers who paid for accommodation-only bookings by credit or debit card to contact their card provider for assistance with obtaining a possible refund. Those who paid through other methods, such as bank transfer, will need to submit a claim directly to the liquidator.
Claims can be registered with RCM Advisory Limited by phone on 01603 331960 or by email at [email protected]. Customers are encouraged to keep all booking confirmations, payment records and correspondence linked to their reservations when making a claim.
Several UK Travel Companies Have Closed In 2026
Ski Yodl’s closure comes during a difficult period for some travel businesses in the UK. Several companies have either stopped trading or entered administration during 2026. Among them are Regen Central Ltd, Gold Crest Holidays, Asiara UK Ltd, Simply Florida Travel Ltd, Salamander Voyages, Trav Expert Ltd, Strachan Travel Ltd, Travel Bespoke Ltd, Groupia Ltd and Global Vision International.
These closures highlight the financial pressures faced by parts of the travel sector, with smaller operators particularly exposed to rising costs and changing consumer behaviour.
