Five varieties of Full On Flapjacks have been recalled across England and Wales after undeclared allergens were identified in the products. The recall covers every pack size and all best-before dates, with customers who have certain allergies or intolerances being advised not to eat the affected snacks.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issued an allergy alert on 21 October 2026, identifying soya and wheat containing gluten as undeclared ingredients in all five varieties. One product also contains almonds that are not declared on its label. The company has issued a recall notice, while affected customers have been advised to return the products to the shops where they were purchased.
Five Flapjack Varieties Affected by the Nationwide Allergy Alert
According to the Food Standards Agency’s official recall notice, the affected products are Bakewell Flapjack, Raspberry Yoghurt Flapjack, White Chocolate Flapjack, Blueberry Swirl Flapjack and Caramel Flapjack. Each is being recalled because its packaging does not declare all the allergens present.
All five varieties contain undeclared soya and wheat containing gluten. The Bakewell Flapjack also contains undeclared almonds, making it a potential risk for people with nut allergies as well as those affected by the other listed allergens.
The recall applies to all pack sizes and all best-before date codes. No particular batch or packaging size is excluded from the alert, meaning the warning covers every version of the five named products.
The FSA has classified the notice as an allergy alert specific to England and Wales. It identifies the products as a possible health risk for people with an allergy to almonds or soya, those with an allergy or intolerance to wheat containing gluten, and people with coeliac disease.

Customers Advised Not To Eat Affected Products and To Seek Refunds
The FSA has instructed consumers with the specified allergies, intolerances or coeliac disease not to eat the recalled flapjacks. Instead, they should return them to the shop where they were purchased for a full refund.
According to the agency, Full On Flapjacks has begun recalling the affected products from customers and has been advised to contact relevant allergy support organisations. Those organisations will then inform their members about the recall.
The business has also issued point-of-sale notices explaining why the products are being recalled and what customers should do if they have already purchased them. The company’s official customer notice carries the warning “DO NOT EAT”.
Food products may be withdrawn or recalled when allergen information is missing or incorrect, or when another food allergy risk has been identified. In such circumstances, the agency issues an allergy alert to inform consumers.
The current notice, identified as FSA-AA-48-2026, remains specific to the five named flapjack varieties. Customers affected by the listed allergens are being directed to return their purchases for a refund rather than consume them.
