U.S. Bank is currently offering a limited-time promotional sign-up bonus for new customers who meet specific deposit requirements. This offer provides an automatic payment bonus of up to $450, depending on the amount deposited into a new account. To qualify for this bonus, customers need to meet certain deposit thresholds within a set timeframe.
The offer is available exclusively to those who open a new account, and the deadline to enroll is June 26. According to The Sun, individuals must meet specific deposit conditions to earn the maximum bonus, making it a potentially lucrative deal for new customers.
How to Qualify for the Bonus
To claim the bonus, new customers must open a U.S. Bank consumer checking account and meet the deposit criteria within 90 days. The bonuses are as follows:
- A $250 bonus for deposits of at least $2,000.
- A $350 bonus for deposits of at least $5,000.
- The maximum $450 bonus is available for deposits of at least $8,000.
As the bank explains,
“Your promotional offer will be automatically applied if you open your account through the promotional offer web page.”
However, if you open an account in a branch or by phone, the banker will need to manually apply the offer.
Eligibility Requirements
This promotion is only available to individuals who do not already have a U.S. Bank consumer checking account. Additionally, those who have held such an account within the past 12 months are not eligible for the bonus. Existing customers are therefore excluded from this offer.
