They added that clearer salary information could reduce disputes linked to opaque <strong>pay structures<\/strong> and address information disparities that may contribute to discriminatory outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposals also reflect similar developments elsewhere. According to the BBC, the plans echo pay transparency measures being introduced across the European Union, where large employers with more than 100 workers will be required to disclose the initial salary or salary range for new roles either in job advertisements or before interviews.
