The retailer said the integration enables customers to access products from their local stores more quickly while allowing staff to manage marketplace orders through one platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uber Eats Partnership Extends Delivery Network across East Anglia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Thirty-three East of England Co-op food stores are now available through Uber Eats following the launch of the new <strong>partnership<\/strong>. Customers can use the platform to order <a href=\"https:\/\/en.econostrum.info\/uk\/uk-suspends-tariffs-on-89-everyday-products-what-this-means-for-your-groceries\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"107793\">groceries<\/a>, fresh food and household essentials from participating local stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Retail Times, the service is powered by Snappy Technologies&#8217; Order Aggregation platform, which enables retailers to manage multiple online ordering channels through a single integration. East of England Co-op already uses the same platform for orders placed through <strong>Snappy Shopper<\/strong> and <strong>Foodhub<\/strong>, meaning the addition of Uber Eats does not require a separate operational process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/in\/simon-dryell-6a034318\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Simon Dryell<\/a>, chief commercial officer at East of England Co-op, said the retailer was pleased to introduce the service across its food stores. He said Snappy Technologies&#8217; platform had provided &#8220;a fast and efficient route&#8221; to launching on Uber Eats while simplifying the management of the retailer&#8217;s online channels. According to reports, this approach gives customers more flexibility in how they choose to shop while reducing the complexity of managing different delivery services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/in\/andybatt007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Andy Batt<\/a>, vice-president of Snappy Technologies, said retailers increasingly want to offer customers multiple ways to shop but that operating separate marketplace integrations can become complex. He said the company&#8217;s Order Aggregation platform allows retailers to connect with leading delivery platforms through a single integration while maintaining operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Retail Times, Snappy Technologies forms part of Snappy Group alongside Snappy Shopper and Snappy Media. The group provides retailers with technology covering order aggregation, electronic point-of-sale integrations, last-mile delivery and retail media services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The same source also reported that Snappy Group has processed more than 20 million customer orders through its technology platform and generated more than \u00a3500 million in retailer sales.
