According to Asda<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, \u201cWe have found that in some cases this product may release the orange steam dome from the top of the train, which could pose as a small part choking hazard. We have taken the decision to recall the product<\/em>.\u201d The concern centres on the orange steam dome becoming loose, creating a small part that could be swallowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
