Although the rise may seem modest, increased consumption in winter is likely to raise bills significantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Winter Heating Payment<\/strong> is part of a broader support package for vulnerable households during the heating season, including additional payments for <strong>pensioners<\/strong>, <strong>disabled individuals<\/strong>, and <strong>low-income families<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Winter Payments for Pensioners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In parallel, the <strong>Pension Age Winter Heating Payment<\/strong> will be issued automatically to eligible older adults living in Scotland.
