Asking Prices Continue Upward Trend Despite Subdued Demand<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In May 2025, the average asking price across Britain rose by 0.6%<\/strong> compared with April, equating to an increase of approximately \u00a32,335 per property. This pushed the average asking price to \u00a3379,517, setting a new record for this time of year, according to Rightmove\u2019s latest market report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
