MEDITERRANEAN. Six years after the last revision of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership launched in 1995 in Barcelona, the European Commission adopts a new agenda for the Mediterranean, with a Southern Neighbourhood Instrument endowed with €7 billion over six years.
