Although no injuries have been linked to the problem so far, the recall has been initiated as a precautionary measure. The company is acting to prevent future accidents by replacing the defective parts in all affected vehicles. As part of the recall, Ford will replace the faulty toe links free of charge, a move aimed at ensuring driver safety.
