LIBYA. After almost ten years of conflict, negotiations organised under the aegis of the UN in Geneva have led to the signing of a permanent ceasefire agreement in Libya which regulates, at least, the military chapter.
EU / MEDITERRANEAN. The exit of Tunisia, the last Mediterranean third country on the EU list of residents not affected by travel restrictions to the European Union, prohibits non-European Mediterranean nationals from entering the European borders.
