They don\u2019t have a conscious sense of, \u2018I\u2019m being bad.\u2019 They think, \u2018I\u2019m overwhelmed with the anxiety of the situation, so I am pressing send. I lose it and I yell.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

He believes a statutory system for fines, akin to traffic penalties, could push parents to reconsider before posting inflammatory content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
