MOROCCO / FRANCE. The Proman group, which specialises in temporary work and human resources, announced on Monday 21 February 2022 that it was moving into Morocco.
This arrival is being achieved through both external and organic growth. Proman is buying the local company VHP Assist. Created and based in Casablanca in 2018, it has expertise in temporary work and recruitment. "With our experience in the Moroccan market, the partnership with Proman was a real opportunity for us to accentuate our development on a national scale. We are very happy to join this family business," say Imane Jamal Eddin and Abderrahmane Mkdami, co-managers of VHP Assist.
At the same time, the Provençals are opening several agencies in Tangier, Agadir, Dakhla and Marrakech in addition to those in the Kingdom's economic capital. "We plan to expand this year to cover the whole of the Kingdom," says Roland Gomez, Proman's managing director. Jean-Pierre Rongier (former regional director for the Ile-de-France region of Manpower and former deputy general manager of Tectra Recrutement Maroc) has been appointed country manager.
