FRANCE / ISRAEL. On Wednesday 3 November 2021, Mérieux NutriSciences announced the acquisition of the Israeli company Sher Consulting and Training.

A service company with 8,000 employees, Mérieux NutriSciences is 69% owned by Institut Mérieux (€3.7 billion in sales and 21,000 employees) and offers "auditing and consulting services to ensure the safety and quality of food, the environment and consumer goods that impact consumer health".
